(see .uk/6/windows_defender_competition_complaint/) Systems info tool, and check the properly reported errors it generates instead of the rubbish spouted by the offcial microsoft tool. Anyone reading this should ignore the wannabe microsoft MVP's, and run the Kaspersky Further search led me here, where on reading your post, kerching, me too. I also wasted half an hour with the hopeless MSRA for oriffice 365 tool (should that be the MRSA tool?). The results from this useful tool spurned a search for the reported cause of fault (Exception code: 0xc0000005 Fault offset: 0x0003dfbd Faulting process id: 0x1384 - OUTLMIME.DLL), Using google and the crumbs of clues I found the KIS plugin at fault, which then led me to find outĪbout the systems info tool just search for Kaspersky + GetSystemInfo5.2. Too, interestingly I postponed a recommended update only to 'go all blonde' and accidentally install it a few days back then wham outlook starts breaking.
